The sleeves are machined on CNC lathes last generation, threaded according to API specifications , and treated with soft nitriding gas . The company installed a furnace for the treatment of sleeves that allows you to keep a constant check on the quality' of the finished product . After welding the rods are subjected to a computerized process of normalization of the welding itself , this is subjected to the normalization process to ensure that the steel tube and the sleeve , normalizing , become one body.
